Vina Oliva Resort

Sanctuary among old vines

Nestled among ancient olive trees and family-tended vineyards.
Vina Oliva Resort is a brand-new agrotourism destination designed for rest, reconnection, and meaningful experiences.

The name “Vina Oliva”comes from the Latin words "vina" (vines) and "oliva" (olive), representing the two pillars of our family’s heritage.

For generations, the vine and the olive tree have not only sustained us but also symbolized our way of life, rooted in nature, nurtured with care and passed down with love.

Estate offerings

Residency and terroir

Three curated ways to encounter the estate, each tuned to seasonal viticulture and rural stillness.

Private stone suites

Cellar tastings

Harvest gastronomy

Eight independent guest dwellings built into dry-stacked limestone walls, offering secluded terrace views across the southern valley.

Private barrel samplings of estate sangiovese vintages held in subterranean vaulted cellars alongside our resident agronomist.

Daily seasonal dinners prepared with heirloom produce gathered from the kitchen gardens, served under vine trellises at dusk.

The estate rhythm

We measure residency by sunlight through the vines, not by the clock.

Here, hospitality follows agricultural cadence. Restorative silence, unhurried meals, and certified organic soil establish the daily order.

Architectural heritage

Sun-bleached limestone and living terroir

Every wall was reclaimed from fourteenth-century agricultural storehouses, hand-chiseled and mortared with local lime plaster to keep interior chambers cool under summer heat.

Grounded in forty hectares of organic soil, Tenuta Vallocchia operates as a working viticultural sanctuary where guests witness morning vine work without resort pageantry.

Plan your private arrival

Reservations are strictly limited across our eight stone suites to maintain absolute seclusion throughout the seasonal harvest.
